The German J80 Class Association and Kieler Yacht-Club are delighted to announce the J 80-World Championship 2008 in Kiel. Various World Championships and two Olympic Sailing Competitions contributed to the excellent reputation of "KIEL.SAILING CITY" a perfect infrastructure, immense experience of the race organization and close access to the race courses, ...just to mention a few of Kiel´s privileges to host the J80-World Championship 2008.

Kieler Woche, the world´s largest sailing event and "ISAF Grade 1 Event" (21 - 29 June 2008) will precede the J80 Worlds and thus offers perfect tune-up conditions for the J80 teams from all over the world.
